Abstract

Education is not only the main method of shaping and developing human personality but also the driving force for the development of nations at all times. Therefore, most countries in the world, including Vietnam, consider investment in education as an investment in the future and identify education and training development as a top national policy. Ho Chi Minh left our Party and people an invaluable theoretical legacy on basic issues of the Vietnamese revolution, including ideas of profound philosophical value on education. It still has theoretical and practical significance.
