Abstract

Investment banks are an important intermediary financial institution in the modern economy, closely associated with services related to capital market operations, they have a deep understanding of the capital needs of the private sector. However, in Vietnam securities companies still lack the necessary capacity to become a modern investment bank, the Government and enterprises need to have stronger measures and mechanisms to form the investment bank is large, competitive, and efficient enough to take on the function of directing capital into the private sector.
