Abstract
The current study aims to examine the danger of food poisoning in canned foods to humans, and the impact of microbes that cause food poisoning on humans. 550 questionnaires were distributed (the target population is residents of the city of Mecca), and responses were obtained from the researcher’s email (from 25-55 years old).
