Binomo Case In Customer Legal Protection Perspective

Abstract

This study want to find  and analyze the legality of the Binomo trading platform in Indonesia and the legal consequences for bank customers on investments made in Binomo. This research uses normative juridical analysis. This research focuses on the laws and regulations in Indonesia relating to Binomo Investment. This study uses a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. This study want to find  and analyze the legality of the Binomo trading platform in Indonesia and the legal consequences for bank customers on investments made in Binomo.  This research is limited to a study based on secondary data only. The result of this research  is   The Binomo trading platform cannot be limited to a commodity futures trading activity in Indonesia. The parties' legal consequences, including the Binomo trading platform investors, will not get implicit and explicit protection as commodity futures trading investors.
