Motivation and productivity are interrelated. If you want to achieve your goal you need to motivate yourself. Productivity usually measures how efficiently production inputs, like labor and capital, are being used in an economy to produce a given level of output. For any business productivity plays an important role. To achieve better output you need to motivate your manpower.
