The Arbitrator's Entitlement To His Fees And The Guarantees Of Obtaining Them Pursuant To The Saudi Law Of Arbitration And The Best Legal Practices In This Regard

Abstract

This study aims to deal with the arbitrator’s entitlement to his fees under the Saudi Law of Arbitration and pursuant to the best legal practices, in terms of the legal grounds, as well as presenting the legal provisions related to the arbitrator’s entitlement to such fees in consideration of the arbitration mission which has been assigned to him by the parties.  Moreover, the study will handle the guarantees and controls of the arbitrator’s entitlement to these fees.
