Abstract

The study aims to create an outline of the international distributive justice system. The main objectives of the study are aligned with the processes of finding out different attributes related to international distributive justice, and it is present as well as future scenarios in the global periphery. Industrial distributive justice is described in the study with the description of cosmopolitanism and its effect, various challenges faced by this justice system, and the main factors based on which, justice is served generally. Furthermore, the theory of neo-republicanism is described as well as the theory of pure egalitarianism is also elaborated to find out the most suitable social system. The boundaries and the purpose of the institutional, as well as power superiority factors, are described in the study.


The research philosophy used in this study is the positivism philosophy, which is helpful for the researcher to conduct the research with the data collected during the study conduction through observation. The descriptive design of the study has focused on making the study an elaborative, as well as an analytical one. The research approach is qualitative, which focuses on finding out the evaluative process to analyse different data collected during the conduction of the research. The secondary data used in this study is collected from the already existing literary resources, including different journals and articles. On the other hand, the qualitative data analysis process is procured by the researcher to analyse the information using the pattern generation process by creating systematic literary themes. Furthermore, the scope of the research is described as generating the future progressive method.
