Abstract

Employees morale can be defined as the workplace satisfaction, feeling and well being of an employee in the workplace in other words employees morale is highly related to employees satisfaction in their work environment.  Employee morale is important for all the organizations to do their effective business and to increase their productivity.  Employees with high morale are able to corporate with their organization to improve the higher productivity and lower employees morale is able to diminish all the organizational development.
