Based on these studies, especially the Omani ones, the researchers concluded that there are shortcomings in the job performance assessment of teachers of Islamic education. The study also showed the absence of specialized departments in job performance evaluation and poor scientific knowledge of Islamic education teachers concerning the importance of job performance assessment. The analysis of the study concluded that it is necessary to conduct studies that show the level of the job performance of Islamic education teachers, and the establishment of a specialized center that continuously assesses teachers' job performance.
