Abstract

Court and arbitration are the two most common dispute resolution methods, and they play an important role in international commercial dispute resolution, prompting research into the relationship between judicature and arbitration. This paper mainly focuses on the cross procedure between judicature and arbitration, studies the influence of judicature on arbitration, pays attention to the two-way interaction between them, clarifies the limits and boundaries of arbitration and judicature, analyzes the relationship between them within the cross scope, and clarifies the fact and legal scope of the two-way interaction between arbitration and judicature.
