Abstract

In the period of doi moi and integration at Vietnam, legal education for students in the university is an issue that needs to be paid attention to and invested to ensure a comprehensive education, not only for the student to become highly qualified professionals, reaching out to the knowledge economy, but also the people with legal knowledge to control themselves and society, as well as international integration without losing the tradition and culture of the nation. Legal education for the student at Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City is an activity with orientation, organization, and purpose of objects through curricular and extra-curricular educational activities by different methods to equip basis legal knowledge, orientation, personality development, raising awareness to modify the behavior, and form awful behavior habits, compliance and having legal knowledge in specialties and fields of training. From the way of approach philosophy, social philosophy, political philosophy, this article analysis and clarifies the orientation and the main solutions to improve legal education for the student, the case at the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City today. It consists of 3 parts: (1), Overviews legal education in the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City, (2) Orienting and improving legal education for students in the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City; (3) The main solution to improve legal education for student in the Banking University of Ho Chi Minh City.
