Protection Of The Rights Of Third Gender
Main Article Content
Abstract
Human Rights consist of a set of principles that govern how people are to be treated in an ethical way so they can enjoy a decent life. These rights are universal, in that they apply to all humans equally simply by virtue of them being humans. However, tragically in practice these rights are not applied equally to all.[1] One such marginalized group, which is unable to enjoy even the most basic of human rights, is the transgender community.
