Abstract

The article is based on the social necessity of purposeful training of gifted students in the process of pedagogical education, the tasks faced by higher education institutions in its implementation, pedagogical and psychological technologies for working with gifted students, and the analysis of different approaches to the preparation of gifted students. Specific features of work in the "Master-Apprentice" direction are given.
