Defining The Concepts Of Religious Discourse, Religious Sociolect And Religious Style

Abstract

For the moment researchers of religious mass media texts face the difficulty of finding definition for their object of study. In our opinion the theory of discourse has all the necessary categorical forms to describe the peculiarities of various groups of religious texts. The discourse analysis helps to review the influence of the various factors of verbal communication on the development of the linguistic order in a particular text. We should note that we are talking about religious texts taking into consideration their cultural, historical, social, rhetorical aspects (spiritual code).
