Problems Of Copyright Protection In The National Legislation Of Uzbekistan

Abstract

At this work is discussed the problems arising in the implementation of copyright and its protection. There are civil-legal, administrative-legal, criminal-legal forms of copyright protection. To ensure copyright, the Department of Intellectual Property under the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan has done significant work in the shortest possible time.
