Abstract

A leader refers to a person who, when given a responsibility or position, has the ability to perform it in a manner worthy of his position. Under Islamic law, leaders are required to possess certain qualities. For example, they believe in Allah Almighty and His Messenger (peace be upon him), believe the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger as a religious and legal document. Leadership is the name of a conscious, talented and sincere collective. The reformation of the individual leads to the reformation of the society. Every man must first take account of himself   and follow the commandments which Allah has made obligatory upon him. Among the qualities of a Muslim leader, the establishment of wisdom, knowledge, bravery, generosity and above all justice is very important، So that he can solve public problems in a timely manner.
