Abstract

This research is an ex post facto research, the tests are test of validity (test of validity) and test of reliability (test of reliability) which are used to test the sincerity of respondents' answers. The data analysis of this research used Structural Equation Model (SEM). The data processing device in the equation model in this study uses Partial Least Squares (PLS). Outer analysis This model specifies the relationship between latent variables and their indicators, that funding has no effect on good university governance at private universities in the city of Medan.
