Abstract

The Economic Law training program plays an important role in ensuring the training quality to meet the requirements of the job market. Automation, robots, artificial intelligence, and digitization are the core contents of the digital transformation context that has a strong influence on almost all different social life areas including the education field, especially in the design, construction, and implementation of training programs in Economic Law. Under the impact of the digital shift, the construction, practice, and evaluation of law training programs in general and Economic Law, in particular, has had numerous opportunities and faced barriers and challenges. The Economic Law training program is designed based on the mission and vision of each university as well as the goals and philosophy of the training program. In each Economic Law training program, it is designed to satisfy the output standards of knowledge, skills, and capacity for autonomy and self-responsibility. The context of digital changeover has affected the Economic Law training program, demanding each training institution to have solutions to fulfill the needs of the new context. The article directs to analyze the effects of digital transformation on the Economic Law training program and propose recommendations for the improvement to meet the requirements of the first standards in the digital adaptation context, furthermore aims to provide high-quality human resources for employers and the labor market.
