Abstract

The main objective of this research is to investigate the effect of Information Technology Knowledge Sharing on employee performance of automotive industry. This research method is quantitative and data collection using online questionnaire. The respondents of this study were employees of the automotive industry are  222 of automotive industry manager in Tangerang, the method of determining the sample used the simple random sampling. Meanwhile, for the data analysis technique, this research uses partial least square structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with SmartPLS 3.3.3 software tools.  The results of this study state that all hypotheses are supported and it is found that information technology implementation  has a positive and significant effect on knowledge sharing, Information Technology implementation  has a significant positive and significant effect on employee performance and knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Knowledge sharing as a mediator of the influence of information technology on employee performance.
