Abstract

This study aims to find efforts in the form of ways and strategies to increase teacher creativity at private high schools in Bogor Regency by examining the relationship between Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership, and Achievement Motivation by identifying, examining and developing the strengths of the relationship/influence between variables. -the variable. The population of this study was 580 private high school teachers accredited A in the Bogor Regency area. Sampling using proportional random and determining the number of samples using the Slovin formula, obtained a research sample of 237 teachers. This research is a quantitative research, with descriptive statistical research data analysis and inferential statistics. Descriptive statistics are used to describe research variable data, among others in the form of mean, median, variance and standard deviation. Inferential statistics are used to test hypotheses using correlation and regression techniques. The results show that there is a significant positive relationship between Organizational Culture and Teacher Creativity with a correlation coefficient, there is a significant positive relationship between Transformational Leadership and Teacher Creativity with a correlation coefficient, there is a significant positive relationship between Achievement Motivation and Teacher Creativity with a correlation coefficient. in schools can be improved through strengthening organizational culture, transformational leadership and achievement motivation
