Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence of Technological Intelligence, Contextual Intelligence, Social Intelligence and Emotional Intelligence on the Quality of Organizational Human Resources with Future Intelligences as an intervening variable. The research population is all Human Resources involved as Company Employees, Government Workers (ASN), Small Business Actors and Educators in Padang City. The sampling method of the study was 100 people using quota sampling. Data processing with SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that: 1) Technological intelligence has a positive effect on Future Intelligences. 2) Contextual intelligence has a significant positive effect on Future Intelligences. 3) Social and emotional intelligence has a positive effect on Future Intelligences. 4) Technological intelligence has a significant positive effect on the Quality of Organizational Human Resources. 5) Contextual intelligence has a positive effect on the Quality of Organizational Human Resources. 6) Social and emotional intelligence has a significant positive effect on the Quality of Organizational Human Resources. 7) Future Intelligences have a significant positive effect on the Quality of Organizational Human Resources. Furthermore, the indirect effect of Technological intelligence and Social and emotional intelligence variables on the Quality of Organizational Human Resources with Future Intelligences as the intervening variable is stated not to mediate. Meanwhile, the Contextual intelligence factor on the Quality of Organizational Human Resources with Future Intelligences as the intervening variable is stated to mediate.
