Adjustment For Changing The Local Organization Behavior In The New Normal Style

Abstract
The COVID - 19 outbreak changed many things such as environment, politics, economies and social into the new normal era and public sector especially the Local Organizations in both administrative staff and organizations. The new normal situation would also change their resource management. Bureaucracy system detached more steps and delays but stitching to participation with people and creating network and relationships with other departments. The administrative concept and behavior implemented to the Local Organizations in a new normal style consisted of (1) the effective leadership and operation of the organizations, (2) the organization is the local symbol, (3) the professionally and locally organizational behavior, (4) the democratically organizational behavior, (5) the administration according to the principles of good governance and (6) the organizational adjustment to the situation. All were the guidelines for their efficient and effective operation in the new normal situation.
