Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Top Management Support (TMS) on the Adoption of Environmental Practice (AEP) through Corporate Entrepreneurship (CE). The sample of this study was 42 respondents consisting of senior staff and supervisors to the director level at a creative manufacturing industry company in Tangerang, Indonesia. The study employed a quantitative approach. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM assisted by Smart PLS 3.2.9 software. The results showed a positive and significant effect of the TMS variable on CE and CE on AEP. TMS also had an indirect effect on AEP through CE. TMS had a positive and insignificant effect on AEP. This study explores environmentally friendly business practices that can be adequately implemented if the company takes entrepreneurial steps at the corporate level to build a corporate climate created and influenced by top management.
