Abstract
Goodness of leadership a focusing characteristics and qualities to effectiveness of organizational management. The research highlights to analyzed the transformational leadership to sustainability management in disruption era of local organizations. Mixed method research to study with the participants of key informants, and the samples. The collections to involved synthesizing documentary study, in depth interviews by interview questionnaire and to survey by questionnaire in the data. Factors of transformational leadership including core vision, core competency, human resource development, good organizational culture, moral, creative thinking. CFA to showed of all factors at significant level of .01. Finally, a creating strengths that are core competencies and building an organization's identity suggests that a leader's strategy for building core competencies must focus on building the strengths and identity of the organization.
