Abstract
Business industry of hotel and tourism that can generate to income of entrepreneurs continuously. The purpose of this study is to assess a developing management strategies innovation of sustainable business hotels’ affecting service decision into elderly tourism. In collections to involved synthesizing documentary, in depth interview and survey by questionnaires to data. A “Key” factors of management strategies innovation such as marketing, organizational management, technology integration, resource management, coordinating external agencies. Casual factors of management strategies innovation to direct and indirect as sustainable business hotels’ with empirical data at statistical significance level. Relationship management strategies innovation affecting service decision to have positive direct at statistical significance level. Finally, adjust personnel management by allowing more multi-skill work, setting clear IT policies.
