Abstract

The article presents the theoretical and methodological foundations of didactic training, which consists in the end-to-end, step-by-step development of professional teaching of future teachers. The stages of didactic training of students are established and their content is determined: at the 1st stage, the theoretical foundations of the structure and algorithm of methodological activity are mastered; on the 2nd stage is the formation of elements of professional and methodological actions that determine the essence of didactic training; on the 3rd stage, the activity is completed without detailed instructions, but with the support of external management; at the 4th stage, preparation for the activity is brought to the level of independent (without relying on instructions and external guidance) and creative execution. The model of didactic training of teachers of professional training is developed on competency-based approach. The main components of this model include: target, content, operative-activity, evaluative. These components are aimed at end-to-end, step-by-step mastering of basic units of activity: design, technological and analytical in the process of mastering basic, profile-oriented and elective disciplines.
