Abstract

The current the tow research aims to identify the temperamental styles of educational counselors, and the statistically significant differences in temperament styles according to the gender (male, female) and age variables for the three categories age (25-34) (35-44) (45 upward). The study sample consisted of (376) male and female counsellors, for the academic year (2022 / 2021), and to achieve the objectives of the research, the two researcher used the descriptive approach, and the two researcher adopted a measure of temperamental methods. (EAS) for (Bus&Plomin, 1984) The standard characteristics of the scale were verified after it was exposed to a group of experts, then the researcher analyzed the data through the use of the statistical bag for social sciences. Statistically significant in the temperamental methods according to the age variable.
